Prices quoted for 1 apartment either 1 person or 2 people per night.

Cleaning after your departure, bed linen and tourist taxes (CHF 3.00 per person/per night) are all included.

We have a surcharge for short stays (2 to 3 nights) at CHF 20.00 per night.

Baby cot CHF 10.00 / per night, Z bed CHF 30.00 / per night.

Dog CHF 50.00 / per stay.

Small pets can be accepted only on prior consultation with the landlord.

These apartments are non-smoking.

Cancellation conditions:

up to 30 days before arrival     free

29 - 1 days before arrival         30% of the all round price

1 -  0 days before arrival          100% of the all round price

A prepayment (about 50%) is common.
